UK Orders

We also offer a specified delivery service. Next day by specified times and Saturday morning deliveries (see table). These options are more expensive, but we feel they offer greater convenience to our customers and dispense with the need for an alternative delivery address, which enhances security (and saves you chasing round your business post room!).

Specific Delivery Date Requests. If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday, etc. Please inform us, so we can make every effort to meet this deadline. Order deadline for Christmas 2005 will be 22th December. Just put your requests in the comments box when placing your order.

International Orders

For international orders we can only send goods to the registered credit or debit card billing address. All orders are subject to credit card security checks.

You must also supply a contact telephone or fax number in order for us to get in touch with you regarding any urgent queries relating to your order, (which we can use between 09.00 and 18:00 GMT/BST).

For all international orders we dispatch our goods with Interlink Express via their Chronopost International service. This service offers tracking & tracing throughout, and requires a signature on receipt. All shipments are charged at cost dependant on weight and destination. This information will be advised and agreed prior to shipping.

BFPO Orders

Orders from all BFPO addresses must be able to provide us with faxed confirmation from a commanding officer that they are entitled to V.A.T. free goods.

If you require goods for a specific time/date then please indicate and allow sufficient time for delivery, in case of any problems with the relevant postal services.
