RETURNS
Products that are unsuitable may be returned to the address above for exchange or refund. Firstly you must call our Order Hotline for an authorised returns number. All goods must be returned to our mail order department within five days of purchase, in a new and unused condition with the original packaging intact. You are also required to return all original receipts. Failure to follow these prodeures will result in a delay to your exchange or refund. Items returned after five days will only be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. Orders returned for exchange free of charge, are subject to availablity and will be processed within three working days. However, return shipping will be charged at our normal table rates (see shipping for more details), please include a contact telephone number to enable us to authorise your payment details. Orders returned for refund will be processed within five working days and are subject to a standard returns administration fee of £5.00GBP which will be deducted from your refund total. Please note that original shipping charges are non refundable.
Exceptions
Items that are special ordered for customer are non returnable or refundable. Sale or promotion purchased products are non refundable but may be returned within 5 days of purchase for an exchange or a credit note will be issued minus original delivery cost.
Items are returned at customers own cost and risk. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost/damaged in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria and they will be returned.
Please Note : Any refund given will only be made to the original purchaser in the tender type originally transacted.
ONLINE DISCOUNT
Online discount, if not already deducted, will be deducted at processing from all order placed during that promotional period. Alliance Ltd reserve the right to remove promotions at any time without prior notification. The following products are not eligible for online discount
- Products already being discounted at a special offer price.
- Products purchased using Paypal.
- Snowboard Hardware, unless part of a package deal.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Alliance card payments are processed securely using PROTX in conjunction with Barlays Merchant Services to ensure your details are perfectly safe and free from fraudulent use. When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your card issuer. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a the landline telephone number also registered with your card details(not a mobile). Failure to provide this information will result in either the delay of your order or its cancellation without the need of explaination. Please note, we never disclose customer information to any third party please see our privacy policy for more details. Prices on this site are in £/GBP (Great British Pounds) - for exchange rates please consult your bank.
SIZE QUERIES

Sizes vary between different brands and styles but they always refer to body measurements not garment measurements.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME
For swift mainland UK deliveries, we use Interlink Express, who deliver between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt. When we confirm receipt of your order, we will also let you know the anticipated delivery date. This is usually 24 hours from the time of dispatch (not from the time of your order) with Scottish deliveries taking 2-3 working days. We will quote delivery charges for all international orders on an individual basis, before processing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are happy to accept international orders, providing the following criteria is satisfied
Any order made over £500 will only be processed if the buyer arranges a direct bank transfer to our account. Once funds clear our account we will release goods via our international shippers. Please allow extra delivery time using this method of payment of up to 10 working days.
Orders under £500 will be processed using Paypal if the following terms are accepted
- The customer accepts and pays the current surcharge which is added automatically by our system when the Paypal service is selected. This service is subject to change and Alliance Ltd reserve the right to amend this charge at any time without prior notification
- The delivery address given with the order matches that off the customers Paypal account and is verified. Orders will not be dispatched if your delivery address is unverified.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS
If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday, etc. Please inform us so we can make every effort to meet this deadline. The last day we can accept orders for a Pre Christmas Delivery is Noon 20th December 2007, orders made after this date will be processed but will not be delivers until the 4th January 2008
BACK ORDERS
We carry one of the largest stocks of snowboarding equipment , lifestyle fashion and footwear in the UK. However, despite our best efforts, popular items can sometimes sell out without our knowledge and when this is the case, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date of restock or offer alternative product. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.
EXCEPTIONS & GUARANTEE
Due to the very personal fitting implications inherent in the purchase of snowboard boots, we recommend that you buy these in person at one of our specialist shops.
However if you do wish to purchase online, please make sure you have tried on the boots in-store and have identified the product is suited to your aspirations. Please note boots returned, due to ill fitting, for refund are subject to a £5.00GBP returns admin fee. see returns procedure above. They may, however, be exchanged for an alternative size free of charge, stock providing.
We will hold our prices (errors or omissions excepted) until 1st April 2007 (LOL). We reserve the right to change our prices immediately if there is any change in the VAT rate or if there is a major change in the value of the pound against any currencies which could affect some imported items.

Whilst we endeavor to thoroughly test all hardware products on this site, it should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitability are purely subjective.
